Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery as we require a signature as proof of receiving goods. We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house. Furthermore, our carriers and delivery partners provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside. Where there is nobody to receive the goods a re-delivery fee may be charged. When we can we will call before attempting delivery.

Yes, when your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatched confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then track the order with the consignment tracking number.

Absolutely, we offer FREE click and collect local pickups from our warehouses in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Click here to view our locations.

Smaller items are Free dleivery to metro areas in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, ACT. All other bulky tems have a flat rate fee (excl. ducted) that will be displayed on the product page. Additional cost for outside metro areas.

In order to get a refund, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order (2.5% admin fee may apply). If your item has already been dispatch, delivery cost for both ways will be charged to you. 

All systems sold by Oz Air Online have a 5 year manufacturers warranty. Parts and labour. For more details refer to each Manufacturers warranty guidelines.

Oz Air Online can help guide you if a warranty issue arises. Firstly you will need to contact the manufacturer as soon as possible and lodge a warranty request. The number for each manufacturer will be on the warranty form which came with the system purchased. You can also find the manufactures contact details here. When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your tax invoice).
